Before you sell.

Question 1

Why sell my car to Regional Fleet Solutions?

Accepted Answer

Work directly with a car buying center in Greer serving the Greenville area. Our team brings over 15 years of retail and wholesale automotive experience, a transparent process, and free pickup. You can sell without listing privately or buying another car.

Question 2

Do you sell cars to the public?

Accepted Answer

No. We hold a wholesale-only dealership license. We buy vehicles from consumers and do not retail vehicles to the public.

Question 3

How do I start an appraisal?

Accepted Answer

Email operations@regionalfleetsolutions.com or call (864) 860-2525. Share the year, make, model, mileage, condition, and pickup ZIP code. Include the VIN if available. An appraisal request is not a final purchase offer.

Question 4

How is my vehicle evaluated?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle details, mileage, condition, history, and current market demand help inform an appraisal. Share known damage or mechanical issues early.

Question 5

Could the amount change after my vehicle is reviewed?

Accepted Answer

An initial appraisal depends on the information available. Condition, history, or ownership details discovered during review may affect the final offer. Ask us to explain any difference before deciding to sell.

Question 6

Is an appraisal a final offer?

Accepted Answer

No. An appraisal is an estimate based on the information you provide. A final offer is confirmed after we have reviewed the vehicle details, condition, and any ownership or loan information. We will explain the number before you decide.

Question 7

Is pickup free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer free pickup and delivery. Contact us with your location to confirm arrangements for your vehicle.

Question 8

What if I still owe money on my car?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about the loan at the start. Financed vehicles need additional review, including lender payoff information. Contact us to discuss your situation before arranging a sale.

Question 9

What paperwork should I have ready?

Accepted Answer

Have identification, the title if available, registration, and any loan information ready to discuss. We'll confirm the requirements for your vehicle and ownership situation.

Question 10

When and how will I be paid?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the payment method and timing with us before agreeing to sell. If you have a loan, ask how the payoff and any remaining proceeds will be handled.

Question 11

Can I sell a car with damage or mechanical problems?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues when requesting an appraisal. We'll review the details and let you know whether we can proceed.

Question 12

Where are you located?

Accepted Answer

552 Memorial Dr Ext, Suite 213, Greer, SC 29651. Contact us before visiting to coordinate your appraisal.

Question 13

How long have you been in business?

Accepted Answer

Regional Fleet Solutions was established in April 2026. Our team brings over 15 years of retail and wholesale automotive experience.

Question 14

Can I start an appraisal from home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email or call with your vehicle details. We'll discuss any vehicle review needed before a final offer and confirm pickup arrangements.

Question 15

Should I sell privately or to a car buying center?

Accepted Answer

A private sale may bring a higher price, but you handle the listing, messages, test drives, and transaction arrangements. A car buying center provides a direct contact and an offer to consider. Compare the amount you would receive with the time and work involved.
